Returns must be notified via telephone fax or email within 48 hours of receipt and returned in original packaging with a copy of invoice and a letter stating the reason for return.
If you receive a parcel which has been damaged en route, please ensure you have signed 'contents unchecked' on the delivery note - THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT, this will enable us to claim against the carrier.
We will endeavour to refund your money in the shortest possible time in the method used to make payment.
